The national fitness company EōS Fitness has leased the former 24 Hour Fitness location at 820 State Street, situated near the intersection of State Street and East Canon Perdido Street.
The building includes approximately 37,313 square feet spread across three floors, making it one of the largest fitness facilities planned for the downtown district. According to the company’s official listing, the location is currently scheduled to open sometime in 2027.
